my response:
maybe the FDA will eventually being attacked and minimizing Cytodyn as a tiny new no revenuse risky start up biotech with no approvals, and no Primary Endpoints being met, continuing that a paramount duty of the FDA is to protect the American public from new or risky or dangerous drugs, and in order to maintain the highest integrity of the administration, caution always takes priority over approvals of high risk drugs, bla bla bla bla....
