On pure speculation, I would think IsraCann would be a great company to bring into the conglomerate or perhaps even merge with. IsraCann has the grow, processing, and lab capabilities. IsraCann also operates in Canada, California, and Israel and has export licenses throughout Europe and Israel. The issued or outstanding share structure could be combined with that of Univec without the need for a reverse split provided the revenue numbers we believe Univec has is true. This is one way we could list directly on Nasdaq --- a possible merger (and perhaps a name change) with a company that is already headed to Nasdaq. Once again, since we do not know what Dalton plans, this is purely speculation. The interesting thing is, IsraCann did just complete a buyout and expansion, and that might account for the delay beyond the first quarter.
If nothing else, this is an interesting idea. Now if we only knew....
