For Phillippines CSP, and EINDs as well, the patient has already been identified and is just sitting there very sick waiting for LL.
It is imperative to dose the 28 as quickly as possible.
Estrada may have been dosed as early as Monday or as late as Wednesday.
Probs the others are right there with him.
Thats what's really great about Phillippines 28. They all get dosed right now.
The number of successes needed to declare victory may be a function of the number of ICUs to which leronlimab was delivered.
I would say that every ICU which obtains 3 successfull patient outcomes will declare victory and ask for more LL.
Even if a particular ICU only gets 25% success, say 2 out of 12, LL is still totally cost effective and a godsend for an overburdened ICU.
This is the way the trial should have been done from the beginning.

Put the tools in the hands of the people who need them, the ICU physicians, and the outcome will take care of itself.
Not only are the "trial results" determined very, very quickly as days into weeks but also the trial outcome informs the entire Phillippine ICU infrastructure very, very quickly.
