So I was talking about using a rumor to create a buzz, which "never" has happened in the music business. I wasn't talking about retractions in the music business, I was talking about retractions in major media.
About patient safety laws, yes we don't have those in the music business, but in this example we don't have to care because no patient will be given our medicine without a prior regulatory agency okaying it as in the case of remdesivir.
The whole point of creating this buzz is just to get a few countries to look at us, have trials, issue an EUA. I have read article after article in the NYTimes about therapeutics, never once has LL even been mentioned.
