Did a minute of research over the week on the OTC. Since all .0001 stocks are gone and we're all millionaires because we bought them all at .0001, now Find the best of the bottom picks:
.0003 PRDL OS: 8.5B; UR*: 4.3B
.0003 NBVG OS: 5.8B; UR: 5.7B
.0004 FDMF OS: 5.3B; UR: 4.8B
.0004 SVAD OS: 6.1B; UR: 1.5B
.0004 ATYG OS: 5.8B; UR: 5B
.0005 SAPX OS: 4B; UR: 1.3B
What makes these a good pick?
1. Highly susceptible to a pump and dump.
2. SEC has not yet zapped them (suspension).
3. Good share structure.
4. Pink sheets (has an active bid/ask)
5. Shell -- numerous possibilities.
6. Transfer Agent Verified -- somebody is paying the bill to OTC Markets.
7. Dark/Alternative reporting -- Does not need to file with SEC.
Don't buy ask. Sit the bid and if it misses there will always be another one. Good advice is to take half profit at whatever gain is sustainable, then keep the rest (free shares) for a bigger run and if it so happens to tank you break out even.

*UR = Unrestricted shares. This is what you want to go by to see what share count is in circulation. A stock can have 100B OS which is ugly. What people don't look at is restriction. 99B could be on restriction which means 1B is in circulation which would yield a doozie (goodie) of a pick.
