The news reports describe Estrada as being removed from ventilator on Friday in the Phillippines, so if dosed with leronlimab Estrada probably recieved LL sometime between Monday and Wednesday in Phillipines.
As A VIP, he may have gotten LL earlier than other patients.
On the other hand, if the 28 patients are concentrated in a few hospitals then all 28 will be dosed around the same time.
Seems certain that all 28 have been dosed by now.
Things could get even better.
All 28 patients could be in the same hospital.
This is the best controlled trial of all, because the outcome is clearing the ICU of covid patients.
If one hospital, or even one out of three or four, can clear its ICU of covid patients, then all Phillippine hospitals will follow nearly instantaneously.
Another thing that could happen is that healthcare equity concerns will demand that all patients have access to VIP Estrada's treatment.
If Estrada was dosed with leronlimab and improved quickly, every ICU staff member will ask "Is this therapy only for VIPs? Why can't all of our patients get this?" If Estrada/leronlimab news is out to the ICU staff at Estrada's hospital, every covid patient at that location may be LL quickly.
