It looks to me that the PR about the Last Chance for Children charity is doing more harm than good for the pps. Today’s volume of 831,079 is more than double the daily average for the last month and it is going in the wrong direction. You have to go back to March 5th to get a higher volume than today.
With no news about the previous funding agreements/contracts, it appears to me that stockholders, probably day traders who had planned on holding until the April CC, are seeing the PR as a last gasp effort to raise capital. So the longer there is silence about the contractual funding, the more the pps will be affected negatively.
