I am counting on the fact that your second theory

I am counting on the fact that your second theory is correct. Holding this for the last 5 years, then watching the buying very closely over the last nearly 3 months, it seems like this is being acquired, as I have said a few times previously. It can be manipulated a little easier, given no Bid/Ask, but it certainly appears the way you laid out.

Now, let's hope we are both right, otherwise I will have to kick myself pretty hard for not getting out when I had the chance.
