Like #15 for that awesome post LVg and to be perfectly candid on this board, I've had trouble thinking about going to Nasdaq because there is only a couple of ways it can be done by ANY company that's OTC or DARK.
I've maintained UNVC should and must get CURRENT... please Dr. Dalton just get CURRENT.
It's been 40 years since the SEC put into place an OTC regulation such as it is NOW calling for and this is basically a MANDATE to all 11-thousand OTCs. This regulatory entity says there are at least 3,000 OTCs that are basically deviant and must submit two years audited financials and other compliances to be current. There are many many OTCs trading well in the 30 cent/pps and above ... UNVC can do this also and be in dollars (up to $5 and higher) in OTC... would be great to be an OTCQB or OTCQX, doesn't even have to be just 'pink' ... would give it credibility, accountability, reputability... and on top of that, wouldn't cost the company hundreds of thousands just in fees to regulators annually to be on Nasdaq, NYSE, Amex or any other higher exchange.
What if UNVC becomes a unicorn in the OTC... none like it because it can be at a pps of $50 or more due to its valuation with not only revenue but profit... and huge profit! Doc wants to change the equation with healthcare for all and equally across the board, well he can change the financial culture (and OTC) too while he's at it.
