I have heard that they require an EUA from the country of origin before they would proceed with an EUA. That being said, if these 28 have a high percentage of success , I seriously doubt if any country who saw great results would sit on their hands waiting. I think since they have pretty much a dictator in charge he will ensure the rule, if its still in place, gets removed. He doesn’t like the US anyway so I wouldn’t doubt if he would mind thumbing his nose at the US on this. Also, if it’s true the ex president is on a ventilator and he walks out of the hospital because he gets a few injections of LL, how do you explain to your people they can’t have this drug... So my shorter answer is yes I think they will get whatever approval necessary if the results are great and I believe before mid May we would be selling those 100k vials into the Philippines.
