I don't mean to be mean, but slow to hire quick to fire is a mantra for a reason.
We do our level best to search for and evaluate good talent. But a decent percentage of the time you are wrong. You make a correction and move on.
Making a statement that infers that someone is a poor leader because they made bad hires is an ignorant statement in the truest definition. It's literally what someone who has never led an interview would say.
