That we have grown enough not to be reliant on small time big resume (castaways) is good. He will be replaced by someone much better. Work in progress.
We nevergot to pick & choose before. First time NPhas been in the position of having solid applicants.
As great as it seems now, plese be reminded of how crappy it was not long ago & give company their creds.
