Did you hear Nader say that a buy out would offer 15% of our value pre-approval. Big Pharma has learned their lesson buying promising biotech companies. Spending billions on non-approved biotechs hasn’t went well with their stock holders. Especially when they can’t get an approval after the big buy out. It has happened too many times recently the last few years that big Pharma is gun shy in offering to buy out a to even a promising biotech.
Big Pharma wants a sure thing and will let
them acquire their first FDA approval before offering to buy them out. I don’t see anybody offering us a buy out until we get past that milestone of an approval. Thinking we could get a buy out before that is ridiculous. They just won’t do it anymore.
