I take that to mean ongoing and they were a little giddy when answering those questions. Kelly butted in one time and Nader sounded nervous for his response. After Kelly responded with the company line about no comment, Nader said something like- very good Kelly. The lawyer also wanted in on the fun during the last minutes and answered about not commenting on active negotiations. Stood out as different during this CC. Maybe wishful thinking, hopefully not!!!
