Hy, if you go back and read the 8-Ks, none of that $50MM was ever going to be due until there is an approved vaccine. So, it is a stretch to call it up-front money from the start. Yes, it is up-front w regard to mass production, but it is not due any time soon, so you can stop looking for it...
As RJS said, we should probably all just go ahead and enjoy the spring until there is news...
