I'm surprised too, VoB -- Brazil is a *mess* right now thanks to Bolsonaro. It's one of the most challenging countries wrt covid response and CYDY stands to make a HUGE difference there. I imagine CYDY has learned from the pitfalls of the US trials how to structure them more effectively. They'll be working, I hope, with a government agency that doesn't have massive conflicts of interest... I'm happy not only for CYDY but honestly for the people of Brazil (if average people do end up getting it) because they've been otherwise deserted by their government.
