If I remember correctly NP stated a month or so ago we where holding 200,000 vials for the Philippines (100,000 doses). The recent video stated we would sell the vials at a discount if they were to purchase a large amount (I'm assuming 100,000 at least, possibly the entire 200,000 that are on hold)...

the gentleman stated that a course of remdisivir cost 150,000 - 175,000 PHP

Take the average = 162,500 PHP coverted to dollars = $3,350 for a full course of rem.

The gentleman then went on to state that if the Philipines were to buy the large quantity required for the wholesale discount LL treatment would be 20 to 25 % less than rem. again take the average at 22.5%.

This gives the treatment of LL a cost of $2596.

Again, this is an assumption but a full course of LL would be 4 shots of 700mg which is 8 vials. Not the 2 shots the FDA required us to do.

So each vial sold to the Philippines would be $324.50.

I think we will sell at least 100,000 vials which will give the Philippino authorities enough LL to administer to 12,500 citizens (4 shots = 8 vials). At 82% survival this will allow 10,250 people to live that would have otherwised died.

Also, from a financial perspective each day a person is not on ECMO in the Philippines saves their healthcare system $20,618/day.

Our first sale will generate $32,450,000 for 100,000 vials or $64,900,000 for the entire lot Nader promised of 200,000 vials

If the Philippines purchase LL and save lives and Duterte is such a vial despicable leader, what does that make our leaders???
