There are so many moving parts right now that the list could be endless. Of course we all want to hear about EUA, but I tend to think if EUA has been decided that announcing it on the conf call would mean it was rejected. (if approved, I imagine we would get a PR or an announcement from the FDA directly).
So, I think more likely reasons are:
1) Scheduling conflict
2) Something new that they want to add in (ie more cancer data, another patient in Philippines, etc)
3) Something related to a new investor, partnership or manufacturing
4) Approval of the CD16/CD17 trials
Its also possible, but less likely (IMO) that things are progressing in the Philippines due to the early results (from one patient).
At the end of the day, I have no idea. Could just be run of the mill updates, and the call was rescheduled due to another meeting that they deemed important.
The one thing that I have learned from this experience, is that quite often we are all wrong about what's occurring (longs and shorts alike).
So, we wait.
