Here they're still stating the form 10 will be pub

Here they're still stating the form 10 will be published before they need to file with otc. And thus won't need to file with otc anymore. Not sure how true that is if they want to stay otc current. Regardless, they still haven't given us a date of when form 10 will be filed for review AND no news was given today as previously announced. Clock is also ticking for 2020 year end staleness dates which is 16 May.
