I think, to a large degree, people watch racing to see the "big one" but no one ever wants to see that kind of a mess........ I can remember going to dirt track racing as a kid in Sumter SC. I enjoyed the racing but the most fun for me was seeing the wrecks. Thankfully, not nary a soul was ever hurt in any of the wrecks I saw.
