Looking to start a position in Citigroup (C) and I

Looking to start a position in Citigroup (C) and Intel Corp (INTC). I know the market is high but it could keep going. Just keep printing that money and raise the minimum wage. All credit is paid off so if we get a market tank, run to the bank with those balance convience checks and buy buy buy. Can't see another virus hitting although they still won't give it up. Scare scare scare the sheeple.
