In my opinion, Cydy doesn't need to partner with big pharma. They are already working with Samsung, one of the biggest manufacturers in the world. Samsung's facilities are already FDA inspected and approved. Cytodyn already has over one million vials on hand, more supply coming, and American Regent set up for distribution. All they need is one green light and it's off to the races.
