I understood that as soon as Doc drops the filings

I understood that as soon as Doc drops the filings, the sp will go up to a minimum level that it needs to hold for a certain number of days before we can uplist. Don't think we'll have any problem holding that price, but I don't think we actually formally uplist before we've held that price, if I understand correctly?
