How is being realistic, naive and American-Centric? Are you Anti-American? Guess what I am korean-american and an immigrant. I work for a global company with ten's of thousands of employees in North America, EU, China and South America. We have been open 100% through Covid due to being deemed essential by the various govt agencies we support. We have had less than 50 employees test positive with Covid and ZERO deaths from COVID. A very blessed thing that we have had no deaths. I have meetings every week with employees and customers in all the countries above so I also here there perspective and what their local media is putting out.
I live in San Diego, literally 30 minutes from Mexico and thought that COVID was gonna be terrible here. Wife and I didn't do anything hardly for year but stay home, occasional bike rides or walks, always wore a mask. Everyone that I know got Covid was fortunate to have lived, were sick with a few weeks and recovered, not a single person ended up in ICU or died, and I know alot of people here. While I don't agree with opening everything quickly, i am just citing what I have observed, heard and experienced. San Diego is in the top 10 cities in the US population wise.
I am not saying globally this is not an issue, and i definitely empathize with those countries that are struggling. I was only speaking about the US, and expectations by investors that the FDA is going to grant EUA, hence my hype and hope comment about approval. Based on how the FDA has handled CYDY thus far, would anyone be surprised we are forced do conduct another trial with the newly defined dosage? As a shareholder with alot of money invested I hope those countries struggling to get vaccines buy up the entire supply of LL to help infuse some revenue into this company. As a realist i don't have alot of confidence in the FDA and getting EUA near term, maybe after another trial. But HOPE that there is enough influence and momentum to get the FDA to strongly consider EUA at least for the critical Covid population.
