Of course, that makes 100% sense. On the other hand, what would you do if said rollercoaster's paint had started chipping or peeling off of a large portion of the structural supports? Recommend some maintenance/paint or criticize the upkeep? (Both should have the same outcome, but one might ruffle feathers more than the other.) But most people would still ride it.
