I would like to explain something,I know I can be vague with posting. My career was characterized by disruptive scientific inquiry, it can be prescient at times. Probably why BP and I have great conversations. When I mentioned phase 1b this group assumes someone getting in way of their investment.
I mentioned a bolus dose what if the most effective dose in COVID is 1500 mg IV? You say it’s safe, so do I. Maybe a large loading dose could be effective, yes I have not paid too much attention to the LH trial for my own reasons. Just saying using the same dose used in HIV in critical patients, doesn’t make sense to me.
Phase 1b basically studies use escalating doses unless there is early indications of a side effect.
