Endpoint Lock (provided by SFOR government vendor ACS) was not selected at the conclusion of DoD's SBIR phase two testing. If it was, a phase three or sole source contract notice would have been published. Once paid the 15% Mark would have PRed that payment was made on a contract as he said he would. So I conclude there have been no large Federal Government payments recieved from ACS to date.
