Herbie also shared the stolen property with other known VERB bashers from that other site. Before there was an official PR about the content of the video, those bashers that received it from Herbie admitted to receiving it. Partners in crime that willingly admitted to both their crime and Herbie's crime. They put the evidence on a silver plate for the SEC. How nice!
10-can even said he would not speak of the content before it was released (incriminating himself even more towards being an accompliss as well as an illegal insider trading suspect), yet thought it was important to comment on Rory's stubble. I guess for someone not mature enough to grow hair (or lost it completely long ago) that facial hair on Rory was disturbing to him.
I'm sure I'm not the only one to file an SEC complaint about Herbie or the other basher kids, so hopefully multiple complaints to the SEC will add weight to the case.
