Splash Beverage Group (OTCQB: SBEV), a portfolio company of successful beverage brands, released its annual report through a Form 10-K filing with the SEC on March 8, 2021, in which it made several announcements. Among these, the company reported the completion of an asset purchase agreement with Copa di Vino Corporation.
