Here is my take on everything... Joe said the IND could now be put in.... Full Stop....

That is the big news here....

Nothing apparently could be done until the IND could be put in and now it can. Nothing could be done with China, with Malaysia, apparently with anything.

So, now they can move forward.

They can send the information to China and get the ball rolling there.

When he was talking on the board last week, he specifically said that there was nothing that could be done with China until they had the process completed and it was completed apparently last week it looks like. So, while the IND is being put into the FDA, I see no reason why they can't now send results to China for the teams to begin work over there as they should be totally independent from what is happening here Taking out two birds with one stone so to speak. Get everything done all at once.

They can now work on the uplisting as well.

So, over the next month, leading up to the CC, there should be a ton of things going on - the IND being submitted here in the United States, the work being done over in China, the uplist being worked on for NGIO and the Arizona deal being seen.

It's about time....
