I don’t disagree and I’m no expert, just the best I can make out of the situation. I would imagine that someone somewhere knows who started this and I would imagine it is someone with juice. For a brokerage to connect them with a market maker or for them to have direct access to a market maker they must do some serious business. Seriously doubt there is any likelihood of finding out who is “to blame”
