So. I’ve had some time to digest the PR and aside from what Beasley pointed out about everything being complete and yet for some reason they could not say or chose not to say that the IND submission was imminent. That is a glaring error or shortcoming depending on the details.
I was pleasantly surprised that anything was done regarding AZ. There has not been a form effect posted yet so they are still in quiet period but Joe seems willing to talk about NGIO/NUGX. Maybe the form effect is on the way.
I don’t like this being posted 5 weeks out. The last time that was a disaster. But I do understand that if Joe didn’t address the GMP production yesterday the speculation would have been that they missed another target date. I also understand him wanting to wait until after May 1 so he can talk about AZ being finished. Hopefully the IND will be submitted and the form effect will be posted and listing / up list will be in process. I’d also like to know if/when the share bonuses will be paid. Would be nice if the company bought the shares at market price rather than dilute us with treasury shares.
I would certainly expect PRs on most of these topics leading up to the CC.
