did you read this part of the sentence: "or by having such posts forwarded to them". This has happened in the past-not by me but by others.
One of my points is that upgrading will strengthen NNLX ,including their negotiating position and thus facilitate "partner" or licensing deals. Due to NNLX past and continued existence and what I've posted before, a licensing deal is more likely.
Perhaps you could elucidate your long held position that upgrading will destroy NNLX-that reasoning continues to escape me.
Its not logical for bashers to wish for transparency-that defeats one of the major arguments against the company, as is evidenced by 100's if not thousands of basher posts on this board.
SEC allows for NDA's to be honored and for company IP protection. Transparency allows longs-gives them ammunition- to refute bashers, as I've done since beginning this unusual board.
