Blue, there is no inconsistency here at all. What Chad was talking about was the perfection of the durability issues once and for all, in other words the leaks and vibrational problems. With the technology development of adjusting on the fly, that is an electronics/CPU development that has nothing to do with the durability problems that have been solved. So the final changes refers to durability issues being solved, not with continued technological advancements. It is not conflicting, but did need further clarification and explanation. Keep in mind, R&D work never stops. Any technology based company must always keep improving.
We are going to get EPA certification, either through the DOD or through a testing center. An independent testing center costs 125-150k, but it is needed because in the genset markets and from a number of fleets they want us to have that certification, so we will do it.
Don't believe everything you read by many posters. Many do not really know what they are talking about. That is why these message boards scare me as far as good investors being scared out of their positions. I will add that several major fleets are not in the least concerned about EPA certification, but obviously it will be a big plus for us to achieve when we do.
I believe if you have a precise query one can find whether or not EPA certification has been obtained.
