I think that with this May 6th announcement, this will be the end of the bargain basement “fire sale” of GNBT. What I expect to see is a repeat of the Day Trader interest that happened between the Jan 8th announcement of the Feb 5th CC. This time, thought, I think that the support level could finally break out of the sub dollar level.

Why? “Mr. Moscato will discuss advancements regarding its FDA IND submission…” unless this is a grammatical mistake, the wording implicitly implies that the IND will have been submitted and accepted by the FDA before the May 6th shareholders meeting. So when that announcement is made, that should create a new plateau in which the Day Traders will use to build the pps in anticipation of the May 6th meeting.

So based on Joe’s “midnight” posts, to me, with the exception of a FDA IND approval announcement, this is probably the last PR until the Shareholder’s Meeting dial in information is posted. The puzzlement is, will only the Day Traders be involved in the trading after the IND is announced or will there be non-day traders finally getting aboard the GNBT train and start investing.

I like the flow: 1st IND, 2nd Stockholders Meeting (with new investor enthusiasm), 3rd NGIO IPO. It looks to me that a solid foundation is being built. To use a metaphor, it take understanding to make the correct concrete for the necessary application ( https://www.cement.org/cement-concrete/how-concrete-is-made ), and so it also takes the proper steps and time to build a solid foundation on which a company can endure. Watching paint dry, concrete harden, it all takes patience, but well worth the wait.
