Alright, if you want one more post tonight, I will try to oblige. Some are asking if MMTE ever owned the lithium concessions. Well, according to press releases and filings, MMTE did own some lithium concessions, at least at first. If you go back to the beginning of William's lithium escapade, he began by raising money with a firm called White. After a while, we didn't hear about White any more, and then the firm Brian McDonald worked for came on board. William and Brian both assured me money was raised, but now they needed more. No one was ever told how much money was raised, by whom, or when. We then had the convertible debt offerings to raise money, dilution to raise money, I believe another firm was brought on board to raise money, and then more dilution and convertible debt offerings.

Does anyone know how much money was ever raised? To my knowledge, the answer is no. However, individual investors contacted me privately and told me they purchased convertible debt for 25,000 - 50,000 - and even 100,000 dollars. This means a great deal of money was raised. Keep in mind that William never purchased the land, he only purchased leases, and these leases did not require payment all at once or right away.

I don't remember the exact date anymore, but before CLIL was created, William told me he invested nearly his entire fortune obtaining MMTE's lithium concessions, this was later confirmed by Brian. So, William spent his own money to buy the leases, and this was later confirmed in press releases. Now the question arises, if William spent his own money on lithium leases, where did the money he raised go? No money was ever reported in MMTE's bank account, and no salaries were ever reported being paid.

The story continues tomorrow folks --- its getting late tonight, but stay tuned.
