Simple question, what is the different in requiring showing proof of age( birthday private information and is used as a secure identifier) to buy alcohol,, tobacco, firearms cannabis,,R and X rated movies, or an OTC decongestant than showing proof that you are not contagious?
Most everyone has a cell phone, on your cell bill is an added tax that goes to give the poor free cell phones, at least that iswhat is provided in NYS. If you chose not to use one or to poor to have one some other type of paper proof will be needed.
Today most tickets are barcoded on your cell phone to enter entertainment events while some individuals still use paper tickets.
Point is while you might not serve every one there is a large market who you will serve with a phone app..
Also remember to use the Bella health/Innova test a cell phone will be needed to be directed how to properly use the test at home and scan the barcode that is on the test box..
