1. Zero Debt, + $719M unrestricted cash, CEO experienced in takeovers,
2. Too many partnerships to mention: Phat 420 Chocolate, Covid-inhibiting cannabis research via RX Pathways (SNDL owns 51%), Extraction partnerships,
3. TopLeaf Brand = known as best of West Coast even during legacy days, status of best vape pens out East,
4. Modular indoor grow rooms can grow small batches like micros, but easy to ramp up or customize to each cultivar; Sundial spent the millions it needed 'to be built'.
