1. Zero Debt, + $719M unrestricted cash, CEO experienced in takeovers,
2. Too many partnerships to mention: Phat 420 Chocolate, Covid-inhibiting cannabis research via RX Pathways (SNDL owns 51%), Extraction partnerships,
3. TopLeaf Brand = known as best of West Coast even during legacy days, status of best vape pens out East,
