NP rushed the CD12 protocol. Based on PRs, the CD12 protocol was submitted after only a handful of the initial EINDs had been injected. Therefore, there wasn’t much data to support the argument that additional doses or IV infusion was needed. And if you recall the initial protocol, NP, Dr. Jay, and the others at CYDY set the primary endpoint as 14 day mortality, which proves they didn’t believe more than 2 doses were needed. Had they waited 2-3 weeks, they would’ve had data from 20-40 EIND patients, which could’ve been used to develop a better CD12 protocol development.
