Given how many .0002s have hit over the last week, I still think someone is accumulating all these shares. If it was trading like normal, it would have gone back to .0001 and stayed there, but .0002s just magically appear again. There have also been big hits as well. 80 million hit at .0002 in about 5 min this afternoon.
