Im more inclined to believe its a competency issue

Im more inclined to believe its a competency issue rather than a conspiracy theory. This error is made obvious to us all because of Covid and the need for a drug to save lives. but it certainly isnt the first time a drug company got the wrong guidance from the FDA by a long shot.there was a lot of sarcastic humor about the FDA when I was in the industry
