I just listened to the stockdaypodcast interview.
You mentioned that you will be raising money with convertible debt.
Would it be possible to explain that a little bit more ?
After getting rid of all convertible debt, you want to raise money again with new convertible debt ?
Sounds quite contradictory unless I'm missing something ?

You are and since much of our money raised was used to pay debt owed we need more money that we planned on. We are trying to raise convertible debt not equity. It is a deal for 3 years at which time we pay it back with cash not equity and they get warrants at a price greater than the market. It is difficult to get buyers but we are working on it.
