It would appear on the surface that DGF doesn't like what the court in Haifa has decided on..
Reading some of the misguided posts on the "other" message board continues to reinforce the fact that people there have no clue or understanding as to what is transpiring.
DGF has tried to hijack the Israeli subsidiary...through their misguided filings and pronouncements.
It has been explained many times that DGF controls nothing....the filings if in fact they are legal are all based on supposition and as long as the preferred shares remain unconverted, which they are, DGF doesn't control squat.
Jeffrey Low also owns a considerable piece of the company as a beneficial owner.
Several weeks ago Ziv said this was all nonsense and would be dealt with.
It now appears DGF and John Kirkland are in full panic mode and realizes he has very little to go on.
The bk filing must pass the muster of the Haifa court first before being registered in Delaware.
Considering DGF has resorted to a civil proceeding in a US court...one really needs to ask exactly how much impact that court would have with what goes on in Israel...
Anyone thinking DGF has this under control at the current time needs their head examined.
A moderator on the other board stated that nothing (BK filing) has been filed in the Delaware court as of yet..DUH!
