MIMI-Rx™, consists of ecosystem that helps to connect individual user with their entire care team through single web and mobile platform.
EagleForce Associates (EFA) digital health solution, MIMI-Rx™, consists of ecosystem that helps to connect individual user with their entire care team through single web and mobile platform. MIMI-Rx™ can store individuals current and past medical record information (asthma, diabetes, hypertension, heart conditions) as well as Medication history (all medications including supplements and over the counter) and immunization information (e.g. flu vaccine) on a secure platform. The EFA digital health application also has Telehealth capability allowing care team to engage with their patients virtually. MIMI-Rx™ can be used for persistent monitoring of chronic care patients through FDA approved devices that are paired to the system, EFA can also facilitate access to smart devices such as phones and tablets for traditionally underrepresented populations and those with diminished access to healthcare resources. MIMI-Rx™ system also includes a billing platform for services billable to Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial payers directly through the system. Ecosystem also includes connection to Behavioral health and social determinants of health (SDOH) programs to tie clinical and community needs all through single portal.
The Zoom integration will serve as the backbone for the MIMI-Rx™ Telehealth/Telemedicine video conferencing component of the system to seamlessly connect individuals with their care team through scheduled teleconference meeting which will be synced through the calendar feature in the system allowing for single click connection that links to Zoom video portal.
