Quote: If this is your idea of the “right direct

My answer to that question is an easy one. If Nader actually wasn’t smart enough to listen to the bashers like the people commenting right now on the board with the type of negative drool about the management and direction like they could personally do better. If these comments actually bothered Nader I would not be happy with our CEO. But the drool that you spew runs off Naders back like water on a Goose’s back!
The stock selling is controlled by laws for companies. Nobody at Cytodyn has done anything illegal in the sale of personal stock. They have timelines to meet for compliance with the SEC in order to sell stock. It is open to see what stock they do sell. It is reported how much and when the sale is complete. They are an open book when it comes to being upfront. It’s people like you that will try to twist it into something that looks suspect. But how many times have you sold and repurchased on the swings in stock price? Are you a purest? Or just a complainer of sorts?
As for anyone in the company selling shares... that is their personal business and I don’t judge them on what they do. It’s all legal or their would be hell raining down on them. Maybe they want to start living life better before they grow to old to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Maybe selling some but not all of their compensated shares helps their personal lives improve. So be it! It’s not for you to judge or me. It’s their personal business.
As for buying more shares... why buy when annually you’re compensated partially in stock shares. Like all the employees that receive stock as partial compensation. All at different rates I am sure. Is it... that your just jealous? Is that your problem?
