$UNVC ---- For those invested in UNVC, I sugg

For those invested in UNVC, I suggest you take a deep breath, sit back, and contemplate the world around you. We have a lot going on around us right now and the country is in turmoil. Most do not realize what is going on because it causes them headaches. So let's look at what we have.
If everything we hear is true, UNVC will be at dollars per share with just the financials. If you remember, I have said this before. We were told many companies will merge, and business deals will follow. This suggests the revenue numbers will dazzle even the most skeptical investor. Many are in panic mode and uncertain of what to do right now because the price drop suggests (to them) that something went wrong and they could lose their hard earned gains. Understandable!
However, if you consider how Dalton enjoys playing games and messing with people's heads, you can see how he just might enjoy the suspense and anticipation of waiting until the last minute to let shareholders know what they own. And, that just might be what is happening right now.
So I suggest we consider something I posted once before.
The share structure has not changed (stands at one billion one hundred eighty nine million). The revenue from HRI was listed at $204 million a couple of years ago, and we were told covid really increased revenue. So one way to calculate share value is to divide the total number of shares issued by the known revenue, and that provides a guide to what the share value might become. Keep in mind, the market typically has a run-up on really good numbers. So, UNVC shareholders should do okay if you are careful how you cash out your profits.
We have HRI, and we know PPSI is part of UNVC because it is currently listed as a fully owned subsidiary. So if one applies a healthy increase in revenue --- to say $250 million or so --- and eliminate all the unknown factors that hold the potential to increase revenue much more, then we should conservatively list once fully reporting between $7.00 to $9.00 per share.
For myself, I am perfectly happy with this number (I am just a poor country boy after all). Could we list higher? Well, yes. When one adds in telehealth, telemedicine, teledoc, and on-line pharmacy services we could certainly list at double that value. But these are all unknowns, so I suggest not counting on such things. If one owns just 140,000 shares (I know someone with this number of shares), you will be worth over one million dollars at just eight dollars per share. That sounds pretty good to me for a relatively small amount invested.
Now I suggest people should not invest money needed to live on, and I hold firm to that suggestion. This means one can "let it ride" through the bumps and valleys of a volatile market. In the end, the patient will usually prevail, and they will reap the rewards that come with it. Monday might be a day for patience, but Tuesday or Wednesday might be your day for rewards. So hang in there my friends, the world may become a whole lot brighter and very soon at that.
Just to lighten things up, why not throw a few jabs at Toodles while you wait. Lord knows he needs all the jabs he can get. And, he still thinks I should owe him some chili cheese fries. I suggest we let him know he is asking just too darn much.
