QMC HEALTHID is being marketed and sold directly to governments and businesses. When Innova sells a test, QMCH is included.
When Innova's test is approved by the FDA, then we might see QMCH advertised as part of the home test, but customers will interact with Bella. QMCH Is the heart of the stack, and Bella is just on top. QMCH makes the whole thing run and that's why QMCH will advertise.
QMC is the only testing app that can make the claim "we don't share your data, you do". That's extremely important today in the age of anti-vaxers and other privacy advocates against government tracking.
The difference is that Wizard Jay Williams' QMCH is a DLT - A distributed ledger rather all others that are centralized blockchain. IBM and Commonpass won't easily explain to you that when you give them your "permission" you are now connected to their huge medical network where, IMO, any partner or third party can access your Medical records. QMCH does not store your personal data centrally so you have control over who sees it. You can go to a concert without that information being broadcast all over the world.
