What's sad is that if she sold at the lowest price after that she lost $498. It wouldn't surprise me if the lawyers swiped 70% leaving her with a grand total of $149.40.
With a lot of the COVID-19 investors being fairly small retail and they are looking for 100,000 share investors it will be interesting to see if they can even put together enough plaintiffs to make the suit worthwhile.
The lead firm Tousley Brain Stevens has 11 lawyers, 12 active lawsuits and their other law business. The feeder law firms start swamping them with $1000-$5000 loss investors they'll be overrun with paperwork. You look at what TBS will need to pay out to investors and the feeder law firms they may decide it's a waste of time.
