Ohm20 -- why so cocky on this issue? Maybe they will argue, "they said it would work on Covid-19, and they keep missing their primary endpoints"
I don't mean to be too abrasive, but I found your comment to be over the top on the confidence scale.
CYDY advocates need to recognize that our management has been highly effusive and confident with public statements. The courts will (perhaps) adjudicate whether potential shareholders were given proper disclosures of risks along the way, or whether any statements were intentionally misleading or knowingly false.
It isn't outside the realm of possibility that plaintiffs would prevail.
It isn't like our litigation track record is undefeated.
