can anyone decde this section of grow's notes on long hauler Georgia trial?

I thought there were 50 Cytodyn long hauler trial patients, 25 in Florida with Dr. Gaylis and 25 in Georgia.

i thought the 25 in Georgia were being treated under the direction of Dr. Recknor, but this snippet from grow's notes suggests otherwise? Maybe Dr. Recknor is supervising the Georgia 25 long haulers but he is not supervising them at his regular CARE clinic?
